Parts Associate

We are a fun, family-owned and rapidly growing multi-line dealership that sells and services construction, farm, and outdoor power equipment. Located at 1893 Heald Highway in Union, ME, the team at Union Farm Equipment has been providing excellent customer service since 1949. Because of our success, we have a lot of equipment throughout the state of Maine. And eventually stuff breaks.

We’re in need of a highly motivated individual to join our team of dedicated, hardworking parts professionals. We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good organizational skills, a little mechanical aptitude and knowledge, and strong computer and customer service skills. And if you have an understanding of performing work quickly and safely with attention to detail then come see us.

Some of your primary job responsibilities will include;

  • Looking up Kubota and Sany parts
  • Fulfilling customer orders and repair orders
  • Preparing and packaging outgoing customer orders for shipping
  • Answering calls and helping customers over the counter
  • Assisting with keeping showroom shelves and displays stocked, faced and clean
  • Assisting with handling eBay and ecommerce orders

You must be able to work long periods on your feet, be able to climb up and down stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, reach overhead and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Participate in company sponsored continuing education to further your knowledge of the industry.
